Inmate Accounts

 

The Hall County Jail now offers family and friends of Hall County inmates the ability to deposit funds to an inmate's account using several different options. *Cash only is accepted at the jail. No checks will be accepted.

 

U.S. Postal Money Order

 

  • Make payable to the inmate

  • Include inmates offender number

Bonds

 

  • All bonds will be accepted after the booking and identification process is complete.   

 

Property Bonds

 

Anyone owning property in Hall County can post a property bond. In order to use the property, the following documentation is required: 

 

  • An original or certified copy of a Warranty Deed, Quit Claim Deed Executor’s Deed OR an Administrator’s Deed. 

  • A current, paid to date mortgage statement.

  • All parties named on the deed must be present a government issued photo identification. If any party listed is deceased, a certified copy of the death certificate must be provided. 

  • A $20.00 non-refundable bond fee/per criminal charge/CASH ONLY (Exact Amount) 

 

*Note: A person can only be on one property bond at any given time. 

 

Cash Bonds

 

A cash bond is when the entire bond, including fees, is paid in cash. This bond can paid by anyone that presents the accepted form of currency. 

 

Professional Bondsman

 

An approved Professional bonding company may be used for posting a bond. THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE CANNOT RECOMMEND A PARTICULAR BONDING COMPANY.
